After years of shipping mission-critical systems and leading global teams, we saw the emergence of agentic AI as an inflection point. Autonomous coding agents weren't just tools — they were becoming team members. But most organizations had no framework for working with them.
We founded Strukt + Proto to fill that gap. We help companies build AI development teams: structured processes where human engineers and AI agents collaborate in predictable, auditable workflows. We design the harnesses, define the processes, and train the teams.
From our headquarters in Amsterdam, with offices in Key West and Orlando, we serve clients across Europe and North America who are serious about making AI development work at production scale.
